QSTEM is a volunteer-based program that Quicken Loans created where students from several local Detroit middle schools are invited to come on-site for a half-day and get a hands-on learning experience about technology and computer programming.

Raising Money To Help Our Communities Fight COVID-19

One amazing example of how we’ve come together is the outcome of our fundraising match campaign. With social distancing policies implemented, food distribution centers were facing a dire shortage of volunteers. So many families already struggle with consistent access to quality food sources, and many students get their meals from their schools which are now closed. We knew we needed to do something to help our community, so we set up this match campaign to support critical relief organizations in our home cities of Detroit, Phoenix, Charlotte and Cleveland.

Honoring The Memory Of Tammy Z. Through The Tammy Z. Memorial Golf Outing

In 2005, Rocket Companies^® lost a dear member of its family, Tammy Zionkowski. After a 6-year battle with breast cancer, including a mastectomy and chemotherapy, Tammy passed away. We remember her for finding the good in the hard times.

We encourage our team members to then share the cause with their family, friends, and social circles to get them involved.

The Home Office Initiative: Q&A With Becky Glynn And Kristin Kostrzewski

When COVID-19 transitioned Rocket Companies® to work remotely, tens of thousands of team members scrambled to create an effective setup at home. While some converted their attics or basements into home offices, others had to carve out space wherever they could find it. Rocket Companies® quickly sent out monitors to improve each team member’s home office. However, our new Home Office Initiative team found another way to enhance team members’ comfort, productivity and postures.
