Three Cheers For Volunteers

Here at Rocket Companies^®, our team members are our most valuable resource. Not only are they incredibly hard workers, but they also mentor students, build their own nonprofits, feed the hungry, support our veterans and thousands of other things that make both our communities and companies better, stronger and more inclusive.  

We celebrate these volunteers with an annual celebration called VolunCheers, an event where top volunteers and other team members who stepped up in the community are invited to enjoy food, drinks, music and games in each of our home offices.

In 2019, our team members:

1. Completed about 130,000 volunteer hours.
2. Completed nearly 2,000 company-sponsored volunteer events. 
3. Contributed more than $870,000 for nonprofit organizations through our annual Community Challenge event, including more than $100,000 through direct team member donations.
4. Contributed 6,096 hours of volunteer time through our annual Neighborhoods Week volunteer events, with 1,191 team members participating across our home communities.
