Supporting The Communities That We Love

Supporting the communities that we work in has always been an important part of the mission of Rocket Companies®. We believe that by succeeding in business, we can help the cities that we love. We call this doing good by doing well.

Each year, our team members participate in the Community Challenge, a month-long fundraiser that is driven by our teams and helps benefit the nonprofits that they’re passionate about. Our team members lead the charge and help determine the nonprofits that we donate to and then advocate for their nonprofits to help them raise the most money.

In 2021, we had over 6,800 team members participate in the Community Challenge by donating to a nonprofit of their choosing. The winning nonprofits received additional cash prizes weekly and total contributions to all the chosen nonprofits totaled over $1.3 million. See a breakdown of the contributions below.
