If your passion is information technology, we encourage you to find time to pursue this interest. DevBuild is a transformational program, taking talented team members from various areas throughout the company and giving them the opportunity to launch their career as a Software Engineer. 

We are dedicated to providing resources and education opportunities to help team members grow, which is why DevBuild has partnered with Grand Circus to provide on-the-job training workshops that will help prepare potential participants for success in a software role. These trainings guide team members to become full-stack developers and make sure they have a well-rounded skill set!

We encourage our team members to balance their passions along with their priorities. DevBuild is the first step in shifting to a technology position and provides support to team members who are ready to make the move. During the program, participants split their time between their technology team and Grand Circus training workshops. The average week includes 3 days of training with Grand Circus, followed by 2 days of review, practice and evaluation with their respective technology team.
