HousingWire released their 2020 Women of Influence list, recognizing the outstanding efforts of 100 of the most influential women in leadership in the housing industry. Not one, but two of our very own leaders from the Rocket Companies® were included.

The honor is based on their contributions to both our business and the industry at large in the last 12 months. This year’s list of influential leaders is credited for using their positions to elevate those around them and propel the next generation of women in leadership.

Get to know two very important women in leadership here at the Rocket Companies®, below:

Laura Grannemann

Laura Grannemann, VP of Strategic Investments at Rocket Community Fund, was recognized for leading her team through complex issues such as tax foreclosure, the lack of quality housing inventory and supporting those who are experiencing chronic and veteran homelessness. Laura has been able to maximize RCF’s impact in our home cities of Detroit, Cleveland, Charlotte and Phoenix by leveraging business tools from Rocket Mortgage® and the Rocket Companies®.

Trina Scott

Trina Scott, Chief Diversity Office at Rock Ventures, was spotlighted for her strategic leadership around key initiatives at the Rocket Companies®, including recruitment diversity, team member development and engagement and community impact efforts. Trina has developed a Diversity and Inclusion strategy for the Rocket Companies® and has continued to inspire growth, collaboration and an inclusive mindset both within her teams and across our organization.

We are incredibly proud to see both of these influential leaders recognized for their hard work and dedication to our team members, communities and businesses. We look forward to seeing them continue to drive us – and our industries – to new heights.
