Rocket Academy: Your Ticket To Affordable And Flexible Degrees

We’ve partnered with colleges and universities to offer our team members the opportunity to go back to school for free. Rock Academy is open to all team members after they’ve worked here at least 6 months. Choose from 200+ education programs including certificates, high school degrees and undergraduate or graduate degrees.

Launched in summer 2020, Rocket Academy will connect you with recommended programs based off your personal interests and you can choose from two funding options: get select degrees free with our in-network programs or pick the program of your choice and get up to $5,250/year.

Whatever your education goals — whether it’s a high school diploma you want to earn or you’re looking to further your education and get a master’s degree, we offer programs that make it easy for you to pursue both your career AND your degree at the same time. These programs were made for working adults, so you can expect lots of online options and flexible time schedules. We even offer language programs or specialty skills classes too, so there’s a ton of options for you to choose from.
