A full suite of services is offered including primary care, urgent care, behavioral health, physical therapy, chiropractic care, health care navigation and even a full-service pharmacy. With multiple providers collaborating under one roof, Rock Health Collective truly is a one-stop shop for all your healthcare needs.

For further convenience and premium service, the clinic is available for both in-person and virtual appointments and scheduling can easily be done through an app. The Rock Health Collective services are also a lower cost for team members.
