Caregiving Takes a Village

We recognize that meeting caregiving demands while working from home is no easy task. In recent months, many of our team members expressed their struggles with parenting and working from home, navigating uncertainties with school and caring for aging loved ones. So, we did something about it!

We’re proud to announce two new solutions to team members that will help solve these problems. Our motto here is: Your family is our family, and while these programs may not solve all the challenges our team is facing, we hope they can help. We’ll figure it out, together. 

Powered by The Babysitting Company, virtual babysitting is now a thing! Virtual care includes singalongs, tutoring, arts and drawing, music, meditation, yoga, dance, story time and more. All babysitters through The Babysitting Company are fully vetted out and have cleared an extensive background check.

Free sessions are available for multiple age groups and held via Zoom. Team members can sign up and gather the registration information for their child to use (which can be used on a personal device). 

This service helps team members find vetted in-home care services. The cost for a full year of premium membership to Care.com will be waived (a $150 value).

This means team member will have unlimited access to the world’s largest network of caregivers – including nannies and babysitters, senior caregivers, housekeepers, pet sitters and more.

Through the end of 2020, team members will also have access to “care credits” (e.g., a subsidy) to help pay for in-home child care, elder care and tutoring. Team members will receive a $20 subsidy for each care transaction, up to 50 transactions, through the end of the year. This results in up to $1,000 in savings for our team members and their families!

We are committed to providing team members with the support they need to perform their best. And we’ll continue to find solutions to make life a little easier, even through these difficult times.
