Denzel Palm

In 2015, Denzel Palm graduated with his B.A. in communications marketing from Western Michigan University. He also attended Alma College for 1 year during his 4 year college career. During his time at Alma College, Denzel was captain of the men’s basketball program. In 2016, he joined Quicken Loans^® as a Recruiting Coordinator Intern working with hiring leaders and several recruiting teams. In his current role as Recruitment Brand Manager, Denzel works with several national and local partners to ensure Rocket Companies keeps a diverse recruitment pipeline and that we pull in the best talent from our hometown, Detroit. He believes his purpose in life is to provide opportunity and guidance to those seeking it.
