Dana Staniec

As a Regional Vice President of Mortgage Banking at Rocket Mortgage®, I focus on leading leaders and mortgage bankers. We help clients with home financing needs while developing people, thinking strategically and driving the culture of the company. I am a proud graduate of Michigan State University where I earned my bachelor’s degree in finance. I have worked for Rocket Mortgage® for more than 17 years. I transitioned into leadership 10 years ago, beginning as a Director of Mortgage Banking. Prior to this role, I was a President’s Club Mortgage Banker for 6 years.
