Q&A With The Rocket Design Team

Our Product Design team is one of the most impactful teams within all of Rocket Companies^®. Their work allows us to continue to be innovative, bring better solutions to clients and stay ahead of our competition.

We sat down with some of our Design team members to ask them about their impact, what it means to work at Rocket and how the culture here has helped to shape their everyday work. Here’s what they said:

“When first joining Rocket, I initially thought it was a financial company while I was interviewing and onboarding. Now that I’m on the team, it means a lot more to me in the sense that Rocket is here to help with financial wellness and help clients understand the processes. “UX is very interesting and requires a certain amount of autonomy, meaning you must be an independent thinker.
